Terms of Use

By using the Fason Takip mobile application ("App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Parties and Service Description

These terms apply between Talat Özdemir ("Service Provider"), developer and operator of Fason Takip, and businesses and users who use the App ("User").

Fason Takip is a B2B software service that digitizes model tracking between cutting and sewing businesses in the textile industry. The service includes model creation, color/size matrix management, production status tracking, partner management, and business analytics.

2. Pricing

The App is currently offered free of charge. Subscription or paid plans may be added in the future. When paid plans launch, pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be announced separately and these terms will be updated.

3. Account and Access

This is an invite-only B2B application. Account creation is handled via invite or approval process. By using the App, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Each account is linked to a business (cutting or sewing).
Owner accounts can invite members and manage permissions.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the App, the following are prohibited:

Entering misleading or false business data
Unauthorized access or exploiting security vulnerabilities
Unauthorized access to other users' data
Automated requests that disrupt normal service operation
Using the App for illegal purposes

5. Business Data and Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of model, matrix, and production data you enter. AI matrix scanning is an assistive tool; sending photos to Google Gemini is described in the privacy policy. Verifying results is the user's responsibility.

6. Partner Relationships

Cutting–sewing partnerships are established with mutual approval.
Partner invites may display the other party's email address and company name.
When a partnership ends, existing models become read-only.
When a partnership is deleted, related data is permanently deleted.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, source code, and Fason Takip brand belong to the Service Provider. Users receive only a personal/commercial use license within the scope of the service.

8. Service Interruptions

Service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Offline mode allows viewing only; write operations sync when connection is restored.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fason Takip does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. It cannot be held liable for data loss, business loss, or indirect damages. The service is provided "as is."

10. Account Termination

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or deleted without warning. Users may delete their accounts at any time from the Profile screen. Post-deletion data retention and tombstone behavior is described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. Significant changes may be announced via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
